Returns, Exchanges, And Warranty Claims

We want you to be happy with your Rumpl purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund your purchase.

We want you to be happy with your Rumpl purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund your purchase. We’re also happy to offer a 100 Night Trial return policy/satisfaction guarantee.

RETURNS

Click the ‘Returns’ button above to start your return for refund. Have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Please note that returns have a $10 cost that will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds to different payment methods at this time. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back.
Refunds will be issued when the product is received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!

 

EXCHANGES

Click the ‘Exchanges’ button above and enter your order number and email, phone, or zip code. To create your new order, select the ‘Shop Now’ option to use the credit from the item you are returning to purchase your new item. Exchanges for equally priced items come at no charge. Exchanges for different priced items will be billed/refunded accordingly depending on the price difference. The exchange order will ship upon the first tracking scan for the package being returned.

If you would like to have your exchange sent immediately, you can opt for an Instant Exchange by providing your payment information at the time of your exchange. You will only be charged if the return package does not receive a tracking scan within 14 days.

If you purchased an item with a discount and would like to exchange for an item that is no longer discounted, please reach out to our customer experience team at info@rumpl.com.

 

GIFT RETURNS

To return a gift, please click the "Gift Returns & Exchanges" button above. We will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We're happy to provide you with store credit, but we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!

RETURNS

Here are some examples of returns we will gladly process and others that we cannot, we simply need to draw the line somewhere. We understand that stuff happens, but we do stand by our products and our policies!

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of being received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!

EXCHANGES

We don’t want you to be stuck with a Rumpl you aren’t totally crazy about, because we have one that you will be. We will not exchange items that don’t fall under our warranty, have been used, or abused! Your judgment is crucial to our success. Here are some common reasons we will accept exchanges:
I hate the color
It arrived damaged
I need a different size
It was a gift and I want a different style/sizeTo return a gift we need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser. Though we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift.

 

NOTE: If you purchased your blanket from someone other than Rumpl.ca, you need to initiate a return with that company. Contact us if you have any questions at cs@rumpl.ca.
Rumpl does not pay for shipping on international returns, exchanges or replacements.
If you did not purchase your blanket from Rumpl.ca, please return your product at the place you originally purchased it.

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand by the high level of quality in our products. If something is our fault, we will take care of it, plain and simple. Rumpl warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Rumpl reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from Rumpl.ca to be covered. If a product is deemed defective, Rumpl will replace the item at no cost to you. (NOT COVERED: Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, fire damage, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed.)

How do I handle a defect on a Rumpl I purchased from a retailer?

We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement for warranty claims for blankets not bought through Rumpl.ca. Please go back to the retailer you purchase from and they will help you out!
